Sydenham House Medical Practice has been designed with appropriate access, toilet facilities and parking.There is a doorbell should you require any assistance.  Should you require any further help please ask one of our receptionists.

We have a wheelchair available for use in surgery.

Musgrove Park Surgery has a dropped kerb leading from the car park onto the path that leads into main reception.  There are double opening doors leading into reception area. 

Hearing Difficulties

If you are experiencing hearing difficulties when being called in to see the doctor or nurse, please do let us know in order for us to set up an alert on your medical records and personally collect you from the waiting room. Alternatively, we do have the facility of a portable induction loop. If you would like to use this, please ask at reception for assistance.

Sydenham House

Sydenham House Medical Centre is located just off of Hythe Road next to Payden’s Pharmacy and Tesco Express.  We are a 10 minute walk from the High Street.  There is a bus stop on Hythe Road with buses running approximately every 10 minutes. We have a patient car park on site.

Musgrove Park 

There is a bus stop within a 2 minute walk from the surgery.  There is a small car park attached to the surgery.  The surgery is set back in between Marino’s Fish Bar and The Beaver Inn pub.
